Every open deal.
Visible. Tracked. Followed up.
Most contractors lose jobs not because their price was wrong but because follow-up failed. Command's Sales Intelligence layer tracks every open estimate, scores each by age and engagement, fires automated recovery sequences, and shows your whole pipeline on one live board.
From estimate sent to deal closed.
Nothing slips through.
Every estimate enters the Close Board the moment it's sent
Color-coded by age: green under 3 days, yellow 3-7, red 7 or more. No deal is invisible.
Automated follow-up fires before you have to think about it
At day 3, day 7, and day 14 - across SMS, email, and a prompted call with a suggested script. Sequences run until 'yes', 'no', or 'not now.'
AI Margin Monitor checks every quote before it leaves
When a quote falls below your configured floor, Command flags it with the gap and asks you to adjust or approve. No more closed jobs that lose money.
Cancellation Recovery workflow launches automatically
When a customer cancels or goes cold, the AI queues a recovery sequence with personalized copy based on their job type and history.
Every tool to close more jobs.
Real-time leaderboard showing estimates sent today, closes today, close rate this week, and average job size by rep. Everyone knows the number.
All open estimates sorted by days since sent, color-coded green/yellow/red. One view to see every deal that needs attention.
Before any estimate is sent, Command checks it against your margin floor. Below threshold gets flagged with the gap amount and a one-click approve or adjust.
Automated sequence triggered when a customer cancels or goes cold. SMS day 3, email day 7, prompted call day 14. Win back deals you assumed were lost.
Your top 20 customers ranked by total spend, with last job date and next scheduled service. Know who your most valuable relationships are - and when to reach out.
When a tech closes a job, Command surfaces a contextual upsell: property age, job history, and likely next need. Average lift: $340 per job.
Sales intelligence, answered.
How does the Estimate Aging Tracker trigger follow-up?
When an estimate reaches your configured follow-up threshold (default 3 days, adjustable), Command automatically sends a follow-up sequence: a friendly SMS at day 3 referencing the specific estimate, an email at day 7 with the estimate attached, and a prompted phone call at day 14 with a suggested script tailored to the job type. The sequence stops when the customer responds. You can pause or override any sequence manually.
What does the AI Margin Monitor actually check?
Command compares the gross margin percentage of each estimate against your configured minimum floor (set per trade or globally). If the margin falls below the floor - due to material costs, labor rates, or scope changes - it flags the estimate before sending with three pieces of info: the current margin, the gap from your floor, and the dollar amount you'd be leaving on the table. You can adjust the estimate or approve it as-is with one tap.
How does Cancellation Recovery know what message to send?
Command looks at the customer's job type, the reason for cancellation if captured, their prior job history with your company, and the time since their last contact. It uses this context to personalize the recovery message - a residential roofing customer who cited price gets a different message than a commercial client who said the timing didn't work. You can review and edit any message before it sends.
Can I see the Close Board on my phone?
Yes. The Close Board is part of the Command mobile dashboard and updates in real time. You can see your team's close rate, your open estimate count, and any deals flagged for immediate follow-up from your phone. Managers can see all reps. Reps see their own board.
