Owner Cockpit · Command OS

You shouldn't need to dig for
your own numbers.

Most contractors run their business looking in the rearview mirror - discovering margin problems weeks after jobs close, finding out about missed leads days later. Command's Owner Cockpit puts every critical metric in front of you before the day starts, so you make decisions with current data instead of last week's gut feeling.

Common questions

Owner Console, answered.

What is the difference between the Owner Console and the Daily Brief?

The Daily Brief is a morning push notification - 3 sentences summarizing your biggest opportunity, risk, and one action. The Owner Console is the full dashboard you open when you need to dig deeper: live revenue, per-job margin, team status, and the Profit Leak Detector. They're designed to work together: the Brief tells you where to look, the Console shows you the detail.

How does the Profit Leak Detector calculate dollar values?

The Profit Leak Detector evaluates four categories: (1) margin leaks - jobs closed below your configured floor, with the gap in dollars; (2) lead decay - leads that went uncontacted beyond your response-time standard, with estimated revenue at risk based on your average job size and close rate; (3) estimate decay - open estimates past your follow-up threshold, with pipeline value; (4) plan lapse - membership customers who didn't renew, with their annual plan value. Each category shows a subtotal so you know where to focus.

Can multiple people on my team see the Owner Console?

Yes, with role-based access. The full Owner Console (including valuation and wealth dashboard) is visible only to owner-level accounts. Managers can see the operational dashboard without financial projections. Sales reps see the Close Board and their own estimates. You control which layers of the dashboard each role can access.

How does the Generational Wealth Dashboard calculate valuation?

Command uses your trailing 12-month EBITDA from job-costed financials and applies a multiple based on: business age, revenue growth rate, customer concentration, recurring revenue percentage, and how systemized your operations are (Command operators score higher here automatically). The multiple range is displayed alongside the current estimate so you understand the spread. This is a working estimate - not a formal appraisal - but it updates live as your financials improve.
