This Privacy Policy explains how Elianatech LLC, operating as HomePro AI ("HomePro AI", "we", "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit thehomeproai.com, sign up for Command, run the AI Business Audit, or otherwise interact with our products.

• Account information: Name, email, phone, business name, trade, and revenue range when you create an account, book a demo, or run the audit.
• Business data: When you use Command, we process the operational data you import or generate - customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, photos, messages, payment records.
• Communications: Demo call recordings (with consent), support tickets, chat conversations.

• Device, browser, and IP data when you visit our site
• Cookies and similar technologies for analytics, security, and remembering your preferences
• Usage data from the Command product - which features you use, when, how often

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver and improve Command and our marketing tools

While your account is active, we retain your data to operate Command. If you cancel, you get a full export. We retain billing records for 7 years (US tax requirement) and anonymized analytics indefinitely. Identifiable data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation, unless legally required to retain.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), enforce SOC 2 Type II controls, and run continuous security audits. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated.

7. Children

HomePro AI is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
